APEPDCL bags 5 Independent Power Producers Association of India awards

Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (APEPDCL) has won 5 prestigious IPPAI (Independent Power Producers Association of India) National Awards in the area of best performing distribution company for its achievements under innovation in energy conservation in the categories of Best Performing Distribution Company, Implementation of Agriculture DSM Project, Distribution of LED Bulbs to Households under SC/ST BPL domestic category, Distribution of Fans to Households and Distribution of LED Bulbs to Households.
The IPPAI 19th Regulators and Policymakers Retreat-2018 organised the summit under the platform for Intelligent Power Strategies and new business opportunities to enable “24x7 Power for All” in Belgundi Belgaum of Karnataka. The IPPAI has declared awards to APEPDCL for having stood runner-up in national-level under the categories of Best Performance among the Distribution Companies and also four more awards.
