Tirumala: Following the advent of Swathi Nakshatra, Narasimha Jayanthi was celebrated at Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple located on footpath route, 7 km from Alipiri, on Tuesday.
Tirumala JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju took part in special Abhishekam performed to the presiding deity by Potu wing of Sri Tirumala temple. It may be noted here that the the Jaynathi is being observed by Potu (Tirumala temple Kitchen workers) since long, following the age old tradition in the ancient temple.
