Amaravati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in a fervent appeal to Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi underlined the importance of starting Nalsar University in Amaravati.

He said that the new Sate needs a premium law university to cater to the needs of legal profession. Expressing readiness to provide necessary land, infrastructure and others, the Chief Minister said that the State government is ready to provide any facility for the law university.

Naidu said litigation is the biggest hurdle for development. “Let’s strive to minimise litigation in the larger interest of the State development,” he said.

Referring to the teething problems of the State, the Chief Minister said that support staff of the High Court judicature would be provided with free accommodation and other facilities.
