Delhi, Jharkhand teams win matches
Two matches were played at Dr Gokaraju Laila Gangaraju ACA Cricket Complex, Mulapadu as part of Syed Mustaq Ali Men T20 Group A League tournament organised by the Andhra Cricket Association on Friday
Vijayawada: Two matches were played at Dr Gokaraju Laila Gangaraju ACA Cricket Complex, Mulapadu as part of Syed Mustaq Ali Men T20 Group A League tournament organised by the Andhra Cricket Association on Friday.
The first match was played between Delhi cricket team and Manipur cricket team. Delhi team won the match. The second match between Jammu & Kashmir and Jharkhand was won by Jharkhand team.
In the first match Delhi team won the toss and elected to field first. The Manipur team scored 113 for the loss of six wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. In reply Delhi team scored 119 without losing any wicket in 11.4 overs and won a comfortable win over Manipur team.
In the second match, Jharkhand team won the toss and elected to field first. Jammu & Kashmir team batted first and scored 168 for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs.
In reply Jharkhand team scored 170 runs for the loss of one wicket in 16.4 overs and won the match over Jammu & Kashmir.
