Special trains to clear summer rush
To clear the summer rush, 26 special trains were announced by the South Central Railway on Friday Train No 06010 PuducherrySantragachi special train will depart Puducherry at 645 pm on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th April 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd 29th June 2019 Saturdays and arrive at Santragachi at 0430 am on Monday
Vijayawada: To clear the summer rush, 26 special trains were announced by the South Central Railway on Friday. Train No. 06010 Puducherry-Santragachi special train will depart Puducherry at 6:45 pm on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th April; 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th June 2019 (Saturdays) and arrive at Santragachi at 04.30 am on Monday.
In the return direction, train No. 06009 Santragachi–Puducherry special train will depart Santragachi at 2.10 pm on 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th April; 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th June & 01st July, 2019 (Mondays) and arrive Puducherry at 9.45 pm on Tuesday.
Enroute, these special trains will stop at Villupuram, Chengalapattu, Tambaram, Chennai Egmore, Sulurpeta, Nayudupeta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Duvvada, Simhachalam North, Vizianagaram, Palasa, Brahmapur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Jajpur K. Road, Bhadrak, Balasore and Kharagpur stations in both the directions. These trains will consist of AC II Tier, AC III Tier and Sleeper Class and general second class coaches.
