Tuni: Dr Umar Alisha, seer of Sri Viswa Vijnana Vidya Aadhyatmika Peetham (SVVVAP) of Pithapuram advocated for religious harmony for peaceful living.

He presided over the religious harmony meeting organised at Kahensha Vali Dargah here on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri. The event was organised by Tuni branch of SVVVAP.

Addressing the disciples, the seer said that people will get peace and prosperity by adopting principled lifestyle which leads to peaceful family life in the society with universal peace.

The representatives of different religions attended the meeting and propagated the value of religious harmony. Prabhakar Swamy from Hindu religion, Sony Wood from Christian religion and Sufi Suleman Sha from Muslim religion stressed the need for equality in diversity.

Bhavarlal Jain from Jains, Sister Madhavilata from Brshmakumaris, Dr M Narayana from Buddhists and Dharam Singh Janani from Sikh religion attended the meeting.
