Tata Harrier

Details of the upcoming Tata Harrier are now out, and while the feature list is quite long, Tata Motors has restricted the number of colour options that’ll be available at the time of launch to five. These include Calisto Copper, Thermisto Gold, Ariel Grey, Telesto Grey and Orcus White.

Scroll down to take a look at the colour options and let us know your favourite:

Calisto Copper: This is the colour we are most familiar with. We first saw this vibrant shade of orange in the H5X concept that was showcased at Auto Expo 2018. Even the media cars we drove recently came in this colour. The Calisto Copper is the brightest and boldest shade in the Harrier’s colour palette. It makes the Harrier stand out and accentuates all the lines and curves on the SUV.

Thermisto Gold: Contrary to its name, this shade doesn’t appear to have any trace of gold in it. In fact, the closest shade you can relate it with is pale brown. We haven’t had a chance to see the Harrier in this colour yet. However, you may like it if you prefer safe and sober shades.

Tata Harrier

Ariel Silver: This is a light shade that we’ve seen in other cars as well, namely the Hyundai Creta. Pick this colour if you want your Harrier to blend in with other cars on the road.

Telesto Grey: This is the closest colour next to black that Tata Motors is offering on the Harrier. While differentiating it from black might be easy in daylight, during the night, it should look almost black. We think this colour gives the Harrier a mean and aggressive look, especially at night. Those sleek LED DRLs further add to its character.

Orcus White: It is rare for a car manufacturer in India to not offer a model in white. For many, this will be the preferred choice as it is usually easier to maintain and hides small scratches with ease. Cars finished in white also command a better resale value than others. While the white shade will not make the Harrier pop on the road or in a car park, we reckon it will still be a safe and popular choice.

Our Favourite

While Calisto Copper is the most flamboyant of the lot and will make heads turn, the Harrier in Telesto Grey will probably be the most popular colour. Let us know which shade suits the Harrier the most in the comments below.
