The Air Excellence Aviation (Pvt) Ltd (India), one of the biggest airstrip technology providers, is scouting for 50 partners in its BDAs (Business Development Areas) and 45 ALCs (Aviation Logistic Centres) spread across the country.

Hyderabad: The Air Excellence Aviation (Pvt) Ltd (India), one of the biggest airstrip technology providers, is scouting for 50 partners in its BDAs (Business Development Areas) and 45 ALCs (Aviation Logistic Centres) spread across the country. AEAPL CMD Manish Kapoor said that the company had complete technology available for use in multiple aviation-related projects to reduce import of technology or transfer of technology from international companies or external sources at huge costs, especially with regard to large aviation GSA/OEM/Infra projects across India.

Manish Kapoor said that AEAPL was India’s first enterprise company to have complete technology in abridged version with exclusive copyrights on its indigenised tech documents / technology for contraction of hub airports / small airports / medium airports / large airports. He said that the company was uniquely world’s first and single enterprise company to hold and have copyrights on technology from beacons to underground drains in respect of airport systems. This is the number one private company in the world to have huge number of tech documents, said Kapoor.

He said that the company had completed 523 tech documents, which was the most by any company in the field. “By 2012, we achieved number one position in the tech documents,” he said. Manish Kapoor said that his company was the first company in India to get maximum number of copyrights. “We have in fact successfully got first six accreditations. The company was flagship distributor for 36 countries for eight versions of cargo aircraft and three passenger type aircraft in the world,” said Kapoor.

Talking about the projects, Manish Kapoor said that the company would have MoU, followed by a series of joint ventures with the principal vendor company and its ancillary units in manufacturing of aircraft engine components & aircraft parts for the first time in UAC-TC (United Aircraft Corporation Transport Aircraft of Russia. He also said that they signed up first protocol of the work meeting (MoU) with Antonov of Ukraine on March 29, 2016 to manufacture the AN 38-100 in serial production out of Ukraine and in India based on orders derived out of marketing these in the South Asia-Pacific region and in the rest of the world.

Manish Kapoor said that for initiating the inflow of working capital, the company was looking for angel investors only for the aircraft contracted to be delivered to the principal company M/s Air Excellence Aviation (P) Ltd in 2018. Investment required by each partner would be to the tune of Rs 100 crore. Around 5 BDA centres would be financed and partnered by AEAPL with 51 per cent stake in each company. As for ALCs, AEAPL was looking for 45 partners in India. Investments required by each partner would be to the tune of Rs 100 crore. He said that financially viable, feasible BDA centres would be put up in various districts in different states throughout India. Air strip technology would be provided by AEAPL at moderate/ special rates, making BDA centres viable. A special aircraft (AN 38 Ukrainian Manufactured) meant for such small airstrips would be provided on lease/ ACMI by AEAPL at special rates which makes it more viable to run an airstrip and airline company.

Kapoor said that most projects had got governmental clearances and many others were in the pipeline. All facilities would be ready for launching of airport and launch airliners from 2018/19. AEAPL India and UAC-TC, Russia have come to an understanding that AEAPL would initiate its first international marketing office in Mexico. The first LAC (Latin American & Caribbean) to market the first II (ALCs) are the flagship distributors.

The company has already abridged its major technology into tech documents, even as it is readying itself to tie up with a consortium and with major institutions for imparting the technology and introducing master courses in engineering colleges. Only a Special Purpose Vehicle and Joint Ventures would help. Once the curriculum is decided, the company would have share in the fee paid by the students. The company would be ready for joint venture in the education sector only after providing tech documents to five airports. (ADVT)
