Che gears up for ‘ANS’ and ‘Manam’

Naga Chaitanya who will celebrate his birthday today is a relieved man. With his anticipated project ‘Autonagar Surya’ (ANS), which has been lying in the cans for a while, finally seeing the light of day, the actor is upbeat to participate in the final schedule of the film, commencing from November 27 in Hyderabad.

Lasting for four days, a special number will be shot during this time frame. Speaking about his character, Che, as Chaitanya is fondly called in the industry circle, said, “It’s a character that I liked the most. I gave everything to it and director Deva Katta, too, dealt it to perfection.”

Immediately after participating in this schedule, Chaitanya will pack bags to join dad Nagarjuna in Coorg, Karnataka, for the shooting of the family entertainer ‘Manam’. “It has been a learning curve to work with grandfather and dad on a simultaneous note. It will be a memorable film,” he said.

The schedule which will go on till December 15 will witness key sequences shot on Nagarajuna, Shriya, Naga Chaitanya and Samantha. The movie, directed by ‘Ishq’ fame Vikram Kumar, is a production of Nagarjuna on Annapurna studios. Meanwhile, the trailer of ‘ANS’, which released on account of Chaitanya’s birthday on Friday, received thumbs up from filmi folks.
