It's a known fact that the distribution rights of MAhesh's 1 Nenokkadine was sold for Rs 72 crores to Eros international, the satellite rights of the movie too was sold to Gemini TV for Rs 12.5 crores, Lahari bought the audio rights of the movie for a whopping sum.
Yet, the makers are not the one to relax. They have turned to more aggressive marketing and campaigning techniques. We already told you that the makers will live telecast the audio release function in theatres.
The tickets have been priced at Rs 250 which includes a cap and a T shirt too. Now, we hear that they are planning to sell the merchandise in theatres too! This is not it. Wait till you hear the next.
The makers seems to have done their market research and found out that technology is everything in today's world. Thus, they are all set to launch an app in the name of the film.
If reports doing the rounds are anything to go by then the app will be called #1NenokkadineApp, which will give live constant updates on the movie. Grapevine has it that the app will be launched on December 10. Well, well till now one wondered why Sukumar hadn't started promoting the movie. Now, the reason is clear.
