Heart Attack is directed by Puri Jagannadh. Newcomer Adah Sharma is playing the female lead opposite Nithiin.
One look at the trailer and it won't be wrong to say it's quite impressive. Nithiin's last two movies were back-to-back hits - Ishq and Gunde Jaari Gallanthayindhe were box office blockbusters. Interestingly, both the films starred Nithya Menen in the female lead roles.
