SS had said: "This is not the story of Babubali of Gomateshwara. My story is completely set in a fictitious period with fictitious characters. The name of my protagonist happens to be Baaahubali, that's all."
However, the title seems to have angered people from the sect. Let's hope the maverick film-maker issues a clarification. Baahubali stars Prabhas, Anushka, Rana, Ramya Krishna and Tamannaah in key roles.
