While Mumbai police has lodged an FIR following a written complaint from the actress, Ness Wadia has rubbished reports saying he never did anything like that. In a fresh movie, Preity has issued a statement saying: "This is a very difficult time for me. And my intention is not to hurt anyone but to protect myself."
