Tell us about your childhood

I have had a super fun childhood. I was born in Kerala and brought up in Mumbai. I was very mischievous in school and I was the biggest prankster. But I was a favourite of all my teachers as I was a good student and my hand writing was always praised by my teachers. So that helped me get away with all my mischief!

From model to an actor, how has your journey been?

I love both modelling and acting. And the journey only gets better with every passing day.

You have walked the ramp and also acted before a camera. Which one do you think is easier?

It's comparatively easier to walk the ramp but I still get jitters before every fashion show of mine.

Your latest release Pizza is being much-talked about. Tell us about your experience

It was a fabulous learning ground being a part of Pizza. While shooting I realised the importance of every component in film making. The amount of hard work and effort that is put into making a film is overwhelming! This is one film that is very close to my heart. And the positive critics on my ability to act has given me a new confidence.

You have worked with Thala Ajith in Billa 2. Tell us about him.

Ajith Sir is a great human being. His humility moves me. He is a Great co-star to work with.

Have you watched Telugu movies?

I have watched a few films in Telugu. My favorite hero in Telugu is Mahesh Babu.

You have worked with Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam movies. How different are these industries?

Every industry has its own distinct audience. And the work culture is also different. But the passion behind making movies is the sane everywhere.

Given a chance, would you mind doing item songs?

I like the whole dance and song routine in movies. I would love to do a song and dance number in the movie I am playing the lead but not just an item song.

What next in your kitty?

I am listening to scripts and stories. I haven't signed anything yet but a couple soon.
