Charlie Sheen is being sued for assault, battery, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress over an incident that allegedly happened during a dental appointment last week.

TMZ is reporting that a new lawsuit from dental technician Margarita Palestino alleges that the 49-year-old pulled his nitrous oxide mask off and grabbed her breast.

She claims the Anger Management actor jumped out of the chair during the procedure and yelled 'I'm going to f***ing kill you' shortly after the mask was applied

Then as she tried putting the plastic mask back on, she said the star grabbed her left breast and pulled on her scrubs before reaching for her bra strap and trying to pull it down. Margarita also alleges that the Major League star's assistant offered her $500 as they were leaving the facility.

Charlie's lawyer, Marty Singer, told the gossip site: 'This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit.'

TMZ reported the dentist told law enforcement that the alleged incident didn't happen.

They also claim that Margarita has been fired from her job because she spoke about Charlie’s visit which violates the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
