Charan's GAV breaks 8th film jinx

When mega power star Ram Charan announced his 8th film, T town was buzzing with talks that his movie will be a flop. Thanks to the experiences of his seniors in the industry for whom their 8th film failed to work the magic at the Box Office.

Naturally, movie buffs who strongly believed in that sentiment thought that Charan's film too will be a disaster. However, the actor had vowed to break the jinx even before the movie released. In an interview to an English daily, the actor had said: "I never heard about the eighth film sentiment. I was told about it by my manager a couple of days ago. I don't know what to make of it really. As far as Govindudu Andarivadele goes, I'm sure the film will break the jinx and earn the producer a windfall of profits. I'm confident that the movie will be a huge success."

Now, true to his words, his latest release Govindudu Andarivadele has broken the 8th film jinx and doing well at the box office. The film is still running in theatres and raking in moolah. Let's hope the next generation of actors too follow suit.
