If you don’t know what your weakness is You will never be a strong person. Everyone has a different physiology. Some have great muscles. I tell my children that never be rash or lose your temper it will not make you strong.

I become over budget. I have kept two people who try to curb my indulgences in films or work and also make me not go over budget. Even in my cricket team I have two people who will tell me what is right or what is wrong as far as my decisions are concerned. I used to work for 25 days.

They would tell me don’t cash on your name we are there to do things for you. My only weakness is I don’t reach on time. I am trying to improve on it, but truly speaking during the promotional activities no matter how much care we take to reach on time we get late right from the start and thereafter we are always reaching late. This is owing to so many situations.

But Yes! I have my staff who advices me to reach a certain place as it is important. So I definitely make it a point to be there. I like to follow them as they are the right people appointed to look into all these matters.

You have to be realistic and have patience. If you stick on to something long enough you have to change it. Like in cricket people told me that I spoilt Saurav Ganguly’s name. If your team has not done well it means that there is something wrong.

So one day I called them all at the office and I told them make a new team. Don’t blame anyone just change your team. Even in my production I do the same. I work with new team. My mistake was I was continuing with players with whom I didn’t get. So it’s always team work. If you have to do it you do it.
