English Vinglish actor in Tamil movie

Adil Hussain has no qualms having worked in a woman oriented films “English Vinglish” opposite Sridevi as the director Gauri had justified his role equally. This talented actor will soon be seen working with director Vishnuvardhan, with this debut Tamil venture he also plans to make a foot hold down the South.

However, Adil’s next film “Zed Plus” directed by Dr. Chandrapraksh Dwivedi is releasing on 7th Nov,2014, he plays a normal puncher wallaha but how he gets the Zed security and what happens to him when he confronts the Prime Minister forms the crux of the intriguing tale.”I am not sure but why not I will be happy if ZP falls under the category of the National Award winning films.”

Adil Hussain is a personality to reckon with. Having played the Husband of Sridevi in “English Vinglish he seems to be in awe of Sri…..” I remember when I was to attempt a scene for my look test for EV director Gauri told me to start something from beyond the script….I just uttered a dialogue and even before I could finish the extempore dialogue Sri instantly uttered a humorous one.” We all burst out laughing. Adding more he says,” Sri is a personality actor .Sridevi is the funniest person. Her sense of timing is great. Her first hand experience which very few actors have it .And the exact degree in addition to it is simply awesome.”

Also having worked with Vidya Balan in Ishqiya he says,” Vidya is a wonderful yet very truthful actress. Her exuberant performances definitely bowl one and all. Vidya sent me a box of sweets and that to my favourite sweets after she got married. No one would even think about doing that. It was really very touching to get those tasty sweets from her.”

Having worked with Sri in a women oriented flick Adil had no hazels….”Yes! Because the director gave my role equal importance. There was no question of me being overshadowed by her character. Infact I was happy as so many wives would come up to me and say,” You did a fantastic job…our husbands truly do such nasty things with us.”?” He laughs.

Adil will be soon seen in National Award winning director Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi’s film “Zed Plus which will see the light this November.” Adil is also venturing down the South he has signed a Tamil untitled film with award winning director Vishnuvardhan.
