The film is a remake of the Hindi hit titled Oh My God that featured Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles. The Telugu version will see powerstar Pawan Kalyan reprising the role of Lord Krishna while Victory Venkatesh has got into the shoes of Paresh Rawal, Shriya Saran is seen in an important role.
