Rajini's Lingaa Chiru's Indra remake?

Looks like the controversies surrounding Rajinikanth's much awaited film Lingaa that is all set to release in theatres tomorrow never seems to stop.

After P Sakthivel accused Ks Ravikumar of copying Lingaa stroy from his Tamil script Uyir Anai a biopic on Colonel John Pennucuick, the british engineer who constructd Mullapriyar Dam, M/S Balaji Studios has now alleged that the Lingaa story is similar to megastar Chiranjeevi's Indra. It's worth recalling that Indra was a box office hit and created new record in the Telugu Film Industry. The film featured Aarti Agarwal and Sonali Bendre as female leads. Kartheeka, who is representing Balaji Studios has asked the Madras High Court to stall the release of the film till the infringement case is sorted out.

However, the film-maker has denied the allegations. It now remains to be seen what happens tomorrow. Will Lingaa release? Will know soon.
