Bollywood filmmaker Navdeep Singh says he would cast actress Anushka Sharma in his next directorial venture. Navdeep and the 27-year-old actress worked together in ‘NH 10’ that marked the debut of Anushka as a producer in the Hindi filmdom.

“Definitely she (Anushka) will be part of one of the two projects that I am working on. I am talking to her for the project that she is going to produce. I can’t talk much about which that project is going to be,” said Navdeep.

The two films that Navdeep is working on are ‘Kaneda’ and a thriller, whose title is yet to be finalised. Talking about ‘Kaneda”’ the director says, “It is one of the two films that I am working on. We are talking to actors. It is not a comedy.

it is about Punjabi gangsters in Vancouver. The other project that we are working on is a thriller. It is an original film.” Ask him if ‘Kaneda’ is the film that will have Anushka, he says, “The discussions are still going on. I can’t talk about it.”
