Team Dilwale and Kokuyo Camlin play Santa Claus, distribute Goodies to kids

Keeping the Christmas festivity in mind and the spirit of giving, Kokuyo Camlin in association with Team Dilwale, played Santa Claus to kids at select cinemas across the country and distributed Kokuyo Camlin goodies. Children who had come to watch the film on Christmas Eve as well as Christmas Day were very happy to receive their Christmas goodie bags.
Saumitra Prasad, Chief Marketing Officer, Kokuyo Camlin Ltd, said, “Since Christmas is about the spirit of giving and children all over the world eagerly await gifts from Santa Claus – we thought we could recreate the same by engaging Team Dilwale to play Santa Claus for children that had come to watch the film. It has been a really rewarding experience to watch these children excited to receive the goodies.”
Venky Mysore, CEO, RCE, said about the association, “Children in today’s time are big influencers in a family. Our association, where Kokuyo Camlin and Team Dilwale played Santa Claus to children, has been a wonderful one. Through this association, we have been able to reach out to the children, who we hope will enjoy Dilwale with their families.”
To add to the fun there is also a co-branded TVC that has been created wherein Shah Rukh Khan takes a trip down memory lane and reminisce saying “We all have grown up using Camlin Products and thanks Kokuyo Camlin for the association to make learning fun for children.”
The TVC is being aired on TV and social media. The Facebook and Twitter page of Kokuyo Camlin also aired the video and conducted a lot of activities around the association.Kokuyo Camlin also invited underprivileged children to a special screening of Dilwale.
Dilwale is a family entertainer with a perfect blend of action, romance and comedy. The cast of the film: Kajol, Shah Rukh Khan, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Varun Sharma, Vinod Khanna, Kabir Bedi, Johnny Lever, Boman Irani and Sanjay Mishra. The film is produced by Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. in association with Rohit Shetty Productions. The film released on 18th December, 2015.
