Dil Raju announces a film with Trivikram

Grapevine is abuzz with the news that it might star either NTR or Ram Charan. However, our sources point out that Charan is the frontrunner

Top producer Dil Raju will be collaborating with Trivikram Srinivas, who is basking in the glory of his latest release, ‘A… Aa,’ for a feature in 2017. Announcing this at a presser in Hyderabad on Monday, Raju said once Trivikram is done with his next commitment, they would be coming together for a big-budgeted entertainer. “The film will feature a star hero with whom Trivikram hasn’t worked with earlier. More details will follow,” said Raju who distributed ‘A… Aa’ in Nizam.

While the top shot might not have revealed who will star in the film, our sources inform that it will most likely feature Ram Charan. “Some modalities need to be finalised before Charan makes it public,” said sources. Raju said he’s been friends with Trivikram since ‘Nuvve Kavali’. “Before the release of ‘A… Aa’, we had a word of joining forces (for a film) under Sri Venkateswara Creations. I would also be working with other top directors hereafter and I’m happy that my first film in that direction will be with Trivikram.”

The producer is extremely happy with the way ‘A… Aa’ is faring at the turnstile. “In Nizam alone it collected Rs 12 crore gross in the first weekend akin to that of a star hero film. Distributors from all areas will recover their invested money in three more days. I’m expecting it to amass more than Rs 60 crore,” he said.
