Here’s how Chay shed kilos for his role of 16 year old

That Naga Chaitanya will don three roles across three different time periods to find love in his forthcoming film ‘Premam’ is a known thing. The actor had to look like a 16-year-old for one of the roles which sets the tone for the film. Director Chandoo Mondeti recently shot the episodes in Goa and other locations, and here’s a sneak peak of how the actor got into the character.

The actor believes in following a healthy diet and as such, adhered to a high-protein and a low-fat program. He took protein shakes (after workouts), apart from eggs and oatmeal to remain in shape. His breakfast had egg whites, almonds and fruit juice while lunch comprised of wheat flour, fried vegetables, pulses and soup.Look wise, Chay has gone for a clean shave (leaving the stubble) whilst opting for a classy hairdo.
The entire unit was in for a surprise after seeing the way Chay transformed in such a short span of time.
