Ravi Teja okays Vakkantham’s script

Ravi Teja, who has starred in Vakkantham Vamsi’s scripts like ‘Kick’ and ‘Kick 2,’ has green-signalled the ace writer’s another script, Talkies has learnt exclusively. To be a commercial entertainer with an interesting backdrop, the film is likely to go on floors towards the year-end. “It has been sometime since Vamsi has narrated the script to Ravi Teja. It is a mass masala entertainer which Ravi Teja fans would expect of him.

The actor has endorsed the script,” a source confirms, adding, “Ravi has also listened to the ideas of Bobby, Ramesh Varma and ‘Race Gurram’ screenplay writer Vikram Siri. It is likely that he might ask either of the three to help him translate Vamsi’s script to visuals. He wants to start two films by the end of this year.” Looks like the actor is ready to make up for his long absence from shooting!
