After months of dillydallying, auditions and test shoots, the makers of Ram Charan’s next have finally zeroed in on Anupama Parameswaran to be one of the film’s female leads (there’s scope for another heroine role too).
After months of dillydallying, auditions and test shoots, the makers of Ram Charan’s next have finally zeroed in on Anupama Parameswaran to be one of the film’s female leads (there’s scope for another heroine role too). Although murmurs of the ‘Premam’ beauty’s participation in the film, a love story, have been doing the rounds for over a month, it has now been established that she has made the cut.
Apparently, the diminutive actress participated in a photo shoot a few days back (for the second time) and cinematographer Rathnavelu and director Sukumar, this time around; felt that she perfectly fit the bill.
The names of Samantha, Raashi Khanna and Amala Paul too were bandied about for the role but Anupama eventually clinched it. Anupama confirmed the development via her Twitter account and posted, “Happy bhogi to all.. Happy to announce My next telugu film with director sukumar sir, ram charan, ratnavelu sir & mythri movies (sic).” Seems like Anupama is here to stay!
