After playing a suave and urban-looking cop in `Dhruva,’ reigning star Ram Charan Tej returns as a rustic villager in his next. The rural-centric film directed by Sukumar gets an interesting title `Rangasthalam’ with 1985 as a tagline and it is slated for release during Sankranti festival next year.
Touted to be a visual-spectacle, the film triggered lot of speculations regarding the title since it hit the floors few months ago. In fact, Ram Charan himself had released a fun video asking the director to announce the title soon because he himself is waiting for it.
It is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers who are having a dream run at the box-office and invariably raised big expectations. But the film is set to exceed all the expectations as the makers have left no stone unturned.
Talking about the same, producers Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan said, "We know everyone has been waiting for this film with bated breath. We assure you that the film is going to be a huge value addition to our banner,”
