‘Bhagyanagaram’ against drug addiction

The sensational Kannada blockbuster ‘Rajadhani’ is being dubbed into Telugu as ‘Bhagyanagaram.’ The young producer Santosh Kumar is relesing the Telugu version under the banner of Santhosh Entertainments. While the Kannada actor Yash and the female lead of ‘Bindas’ are the lead pair, veteran actors Prakash Raj and Tulasi are also playing important roles in this film. Mumaith Khan will be seen in an item number. It is the story of four youngsters whose lives are shattered owing to the cultivation of bad habits like smoking, drinking and drug addiction.

Noted producer and distributer D S Rao is releasing ‘Bhagyanagaram’ in the two Telugu States. Speaking to the media in Hyderabad a few days ago, Santosh Kumar, who was also present along with D S Rao, expressed the hope that ‘Bhagayangaram’ like its Kannada version ‘Rajadhani,’would also set the box office on fire. He said that he wanted to make a good message-oriented film in the two languages, Kannada and Telugu to educate the youth about how addiction to drugs, alcohol and tobacco ruin their lives. The film would be completing all the formalities and would be released on a grand scale soon, aver makers.
