Nalgonda: Pulses worth Rs 56.48 lakh have been seized by the officials of State Civil Supply Task Force and District Civil Supplies Task Force who conducted raids on godowns located at Halia market yard in the district where traders illegally stored red gram and green gram in huge quantity.
Officials recovered 795 quintals of red gram and 11.5 quintals green gram worth Rs 56.48 lakh from various godowns. They seized the godowns on Tuesday after raids. In these raids, State Civil Supply Task Force officials Kishan Rao, Garlapati Vidya Sagar, Rajesh, District Civil Supplies Task Force officials Prem Kumar, Dharma Rao, Sheshaiah and MRO Lacchiram Naik, RI Uma, DTCS Laxman, CI Pardha saradhi participated.
