The police informed the actor about the SC's rule and imposed him a fine of Rs. 700 for using the banned black-tinted screen. He left from the place after the police removed the black films from his car.
The police also imposed Rs 700 fine against a deputy collector who was heading to Vijayawada for using dark films.
