Burglars strike constable’s house in Nizamabad

Nizamabad: Gold ornaments weighing 8.5 tolas and cash of Rs 47,000 were stolen from the house of a police constable in Kanteswara Colony of the city when the inmates were away.
The police constable along with the family members went to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple at Nacharam in Hyderabad.
Upon returning home, they found the doors opened and realised that burglary had taken place. A complaint was lodged with the city police, who are investigating the case.
