Hospital booked for woman's death due to negligence

Hyderabad: The Chaitanyapuri police have registered a case against the management of a private hospital for the death of a woman allegedly due to negligence.

The victim, Ch. Lalitha, of Pochampally in Yadadri district, was admitted to a private hospital in Chaitanyapuri about three days ago. She was suffering from high fever and low Blood Pressure. However, she died at the hospital on Thursday night. The relatives lodged a complaint with the police alleging that hospital's negligence was responsible for woman's death.

Chaitanyapuri Police have registered a case under Section 304 and began investigations.
