Hyderabad: Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills conducted its Graduation Day recently on the school premises. The smart tiny tots of Pre-Primary (Prep) dressed in graduation gowns and caps marched in a row along with the Chief Guest Guneeth Bhinder, Head Mistress Kiran Khanna and their class teachers. The programme began with an invocation song followed by lighting of the lamp and invocation dance.

Master Tejas Yadav, Head boy welcomed the gathering, Kiran Khanna in her convocation address, complimented the graduates on their achievements. She also congratulated the teachers for their dedication and hard work in shaping the students through co-curricular activities and academics.

To celebrate the occasion a cake was cut by the Prep Prefect Council. This was followed by different programmes based on multiple intelligence which was appreciated by everyone. Through a dance drama, the children danced on ABC song, Jimki Kamal and ‘we are dynamites’ song, where they showcased how they are the future. The highlight was a song by Vaishnavi, a child prodigy of class Prep who is participating in Junior’s Singing competition in Flowers channel at Kerala state.

The Chief Guest in her address, appreciated the little ones and the efforts put in by the teachers which was very obvious in the programs showcased. She asked the parents to work together with the teachers in grooming of their children. The formal programme concluded with the distribution of graduation diplomas to the students.
