The examinees of the intermediate supplementary examinations have got struck in this heavy traffic and have been facing problems to reach their examination centres. The traffic has been jammed on the Chevella-Hyderabad highway for almost 10kms. The students went on protest to allow their vehicles to reach the examination halls well in time.

It is worth mentioning here that the leaders and activists of Telugu Desam Party have been on their way for Mahandu celebrations on the second day, as the same turns also to be the 91st birth anniversary of the late Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and the founder president of TDP Nanadamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR). The entire Gandipet area has been jammed with heavy traffic. The police have failed in their attempts to restrict the traffic.
