Hyderabad: Commissioner of Police Mahender Reddy held a meeting with school managements, principals and parents on road safety measures on Tuesday at Indira Priyadarshini auditorium. He emphasised on student safety and made parents aware of the major harms to their children due to negligence.
The programme highlighted the figures of underage drivers and shocking stats of two-wheeler accidents. It cautioned the parents, not to send their children in over-crowded autos besides appealing them to not hand over vehicles to their children before they are legal for it.
