Brahmi felicitates Ali

Actor Ali who was conferred with a doctorate recently was felicitated by his fellow-artist Brahmanandam on Thursday in Hyderabad. The comedian ace said that Ali deserved the honour every bit and hoped that he would get many more such recognitions in the future. "He is like my brother. Like him there are other comedians who needed to be acknowledged," he added.

A visibly exited Ali said that he holds the felicitation of Brahmanandam in high regards. "After he received the doctorate he said that I was in line next and thank god his words came true." Other noted members of the comedy fraternity- Gundu Hanumantha Rao, Krishna Bhagawan, Brahmaji, Posani Krishnamurali, Sunil and Srinivas Reddy- participated in the small gathering which took place at the Jubilee Hills residence of Brahmanandam.
