KCR predicted that the TDP would be wiped out by the end of May in Telangana. Targeting the Congress party, he said that had done away with all the democratic values both at the Centre and States kcrKarimnagar: Welcoming the Telugu Desam MLA Gangula Kamalar into the Telangana Rashtra Samiti here on Thursday, chief of Telangana Rashtra Samiti K Chandrasekhar Rao exhorted the TRS cadre to become a force to reckon with in future. Several hundreds of Telugu Desam party workers also joined along with the MLA into the TRS. Chandrasekhar Rao said that nobody would become a chief minister without the support of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi in future. Targeting the Congress party, he said that the Congress had done away with all the democratic values both at the Centre and State levels. Predicting the regional parties would rule the roost in the coming days, the alliances would be rule of the day. He said that all the parties in the State were headed by the Andhra leaders. "Would ever a Telangana man head the TDP or YSR Congress party?" he wondered. Even YSR Congress honorary president Vijayamma said that Jagan would come out of the prison and become chief minister. "She never said that a Telangana person would become the chief minister," he pointed out. KCR predicted that the TDP would be wiped out by the end of May in Telangana. He said that the natural resources from Telangana were being exploited by Andhra people. "The natural resources of Telangana should be used for the development of Telangana only," he added. Stating that regional differences had crept into the media, he said that he was not afraid of threats from Andhra media. KCR appealed to the people to elect Gangula Kamalakar in the forthcoming elections with a heavy majority from Karimnagar. Thanking the TRS president for his warm welcome, Gangula Kamalakar said that only TRS has the capability to achieve a separate State. "When I was in Telugu Desam, I had no freedom to raise the slogan 'Jai Telangana', now I feel free," he added. Sizable number of TDP, Congress and YSR Congress workers joined TRS party here on Thursday.
