Aditya Hometel, Ameerpet, is hosting the Awadhi food festival till February 2 for lunch and dinner at their ‘Flavours’ Restaurant. The specially designed food festival offers an array of mouth watering Awadhi delicacies, which is rich in tradition and taste. The unique menu starts with a welcome drink, followed by snacks, parathas, roomali rotis, kebabs, kormas and biryani, which is the royal cuisine from the region of Lucknow.

It will end with variety of desserts. The special menu includes an unusual mix of culinary experience from typical Awadhi delights such as Paneer Shola Seekh Mahal Kabab, Galouti Kebab (Mutton), Kabuli Tikki, Zafrani Murgh Tikka (Chicken), Kakuri Kebab (Mutton), Lucknowi Chaat served through live chat counter along with Yakhni Shorba (Mutton), Murgh Shobedar (Chicken), Badami Shorba, Paya Doodh ka Shorba soup, including a variety of starters. In the main course, the menu contains Chauki Nihari (Mutton), Murgh Begam B a h a r ( C h i c k e n ) , Laziz Paneer, Shahi Kofta C u r r y , Awadhi Dum M u r g h Biryani, Dal Bukhara and Lasooni Dal Tadkewala dishes. At the end Gajar Ka Halwa, Badami Roll, Angoori Petha, Nawabi Shahi Tukda desserts are available to satisfy the taste buds of food lovers.

The team of chefs under master chef Puran Lama would demonstrate their unique culinary expertise in full view of all the diners at the heart of the restaurant. Speaking on the occasion, Sriram, general manager, Aditya Hometel, said “We have organised a special Awadhi food festival for the Hyderabadi to enjoy the taste and flavours of Awadhi cuisine. It’s an exciting cuisine which has influenced the world of traditional Indian cuisine.
