Best Thin Crust Pizzas In The City. Deep Dish or Thin Crust? For this one we’ll have to agree with Daily Show’s Jon Stewart. But we won’t go as far as call the Deep Dish a tomato soup on a bread bowl but around here we are all for the thin crust pizzas.

Deep Dish or Thin Crust? For this one we’ll have to agree with Daily Show’s Jon Stewart. But we won’t go as far as call the Deep Dish a tomato soup on a bread bowl but around here we are all for the thin crust pizzas (unanimous). And you know what that means - a list of the Best Thin Crust Pizzas in the City!

Tuscany

New entrant to the city and already a huge favorite amongst food lovers! Watch the chefs skillfully toss the thin crust pizzas into the wood-fired ovens. For the best seafood pizza in town, have the Marinara - Shrimps, Anchovies, Salmon and Calamari - nothing less. But the vegetarian pizza, the melt-in-your mouth Buffalo with Buffalo Milk Mozzarella, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes and Olives will drive the flavor-train home.

Mama Mia Italia

Mama Mia Italia’s authenticity oozes from its wood-fired crusts that are chewy and smoky. It's hard to make a bad call, but the Chef Special Mama Mia Pizza with Capsicum, Jalapenos and Black Olives beautifully offsets the perfect crust.

N Asian

First things first, get very hungry. There’s a solid chance of that happening during an evening team meeting. Cleverly relocate the whole thing here. The Continental-Asian fusion like the thin-crust Chilli Chicken pizza, that's got an Italian base and Oriental topping will make you wonder, ‘why is your office not in this restaurant?’

Over The Flames

OTF doesn’t make the top cut on ambience but sometimes the best pizzas are served on the not-so-cool places. It’s really not everyman's pizza joint but the way it manages to blend the simplicity of a greasy slice and classic ingredients with real flavor and texture is better than most pizzas you’ve ever had. We’d suggest you get the food home.

Little Italy

A much-loved restaurant amongst vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, this spot has been cooking crispy specialty with stuff like smoked pepper and Parmesan. While it’s hard to go wrong with any of the combo of ingredients, your best bet is gonna be the Ultimate, 'cause it’s topped with all your favorite veggies that curl up to trap all the delicious grease.

Via Milano

Via Milano pretty much changed the Twin Cities pizza landscape when it brought the classic Pancettas to town, and it's still slinging some mean ones. This is where you spend your lunch hour inhaling the thin crust Chicken Bologna, Deep-fried Gnocchi and a glass of Chianti. Their margheritas are also perfectly restrained and balanced.

Lost Society

A bar with amazing food? A winner all the way! The Chicken BBQ Pizza with the fatty meatiness of the chicken, the sweet taste with the pineapples, right amount of crispy and not too greasy, finally a food that works for the serious-cocktail drinker.
