INGREDIENTS QTY

Whole Lobster 500 gm

Ginger 12 gm

Garlic 12 gm

Egg white 1 no

Salt 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1/2 tsp

Aromate 1/4 tsp

Light soya 10 gm

Method of cooking:-

  • Steam the shell of the lobster and its meat.
  • Cool, and store it aside.
  • In a wok sauté the garlic and add some stock to make a sauce.
  • Add the lobster and seasonings and bring to a boil.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and toss wok to mix.
  • Balance seasoning, spices and serve hot.
