Steamed whole lobster ginger

Steamed whole lobster ginger. Steam the shell of the lobster and its meat.
INGREDIENTS QTY
Whole Lobster 500 gm
Ginger 12 gm
Garlic 12 gm
Egg white 1 no
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Aromate 1/4 tsp
Light soya 10 gm

Method of cooking:-
- Steam the shell of the lobster and its meat.
- Cool, and store it aside.
- In a wok sauté the garlic and add some stock to make a sauce.
- Add the lobster and seasonings and bring to a boil.
- Add rest of the ingredients and toss wok to mix.
- Balance seasoning, spices and serve hot.
