Except for new established restaurants there is a dearth of bistro concept and perhaps Deli 9 is the first outlet to set foot here with its bistro model and what a way they have made an entry, the quirky yet business themed ambiance with its comfortable seating is something which I would ideally look for to unwind after office hours or perhaps hop-in for a quick lunch.

After a quick glance of the menu, I was convinced Deli 9 bistro has something for everyone. Of my multiple visits here I must’ve sampled everything on the menu.

One of those days I was here with a group of enthusiastic foodie friends , we tried almost everything from each section. The fresh fruit Frioska was a perfect start for the Friday evening and I liked the huge jars in which it was served.

The Kheema Pao & Chicken 65 Bao, the typical desi stuff was super delicious. The Firangi samosa which had the filling of mushroom & spinach was a hit among my vegetarian friends while MFC – Malabar Fried Chicken appealed to the rest of them. The Green tea mojito in between each of these dishes was the perfect palate cleanser.

From the burger section the ever favorite Deli 9 tower burger was our obvious choice.

Not many places can get the juicy tenderloin correct but this one was bang on. Double patty juicy tenderloin with mustard, gherkins, and veggies with loads of cocktails sauce left us craving for more.

The prices of Steaks & sizzlers unbelievable and for someone like me who love steaks this was a steal. The Cajun marinated chicken breast ordered was quite good while Pan fried fish steak was better than the later.

Loved it ! From the Earthen Pot Oven section Chicken Lahori Sheekh kebab was the star, this is usually served with a portion of dal, salad & Roti. This and the rice or noodle section would definitely appeal to the IT crowd around for its convenient and easy to choose menu options.

The Khow suey was one of the best ive had in a long time and it was exactly the way I would like it to be. Also on offer is the counter desserts of which the Blue berry cheese cake & tiramisu is a must try.

The blue berry cheese cake served here is one of the few places which serves the original baked version of Philadelphia cheese cake. The stone ice cream creations served here are decent enough to satiate your ice cream cravings. The endless list of melt-in-the-mouth chocolaty wonders will simply make you finger licking.

All in all, Deli 9 bistro is truly a Bistro with sinful treats which I’am sure everyone will absolutely love. The new & revived Deli 9 bistro truly transcends to an upmarket bistro with a European experience on your plates.
Thumbs up for this one !
