Pawan for BJP meetings in Karnataka today

Hyderabad: The State BJP is now looking towards Jana Sena leader and film actor Pawan Kalyan to add star quotient to its campaign. Telangana BJP president G Kishen Reddy on Monday called on Pawan and asked him to campaign for the party candidates. According to sources, Pawan said that he would think about it and would announce his decision soon.

In fact, when Pawan Kalyan met BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad after the launch of his Jana Sena Party, there were speculations that he would campaign for BJP. But Pawan quashed the rumours, saying that he would not campaign for any party However, the BJP on Monday evening announced that the actor would campaign for the party in Karnataka on Tuesday. Pawan would attend three public meetings at Raichur, Kolar and Gurumidkal. He is likely to go to Karnataka by a special chopper from Begumpet airport.

They also claim that Pawan Kalyan might share the stage with Narendra Modi when the latter campaigns in Telangana and Seemandhra. A leader from BJP camp said that the party is planning to use him as their star campaigner during the last week of campaign in Telangana and Seemandhra.
