Cops promise passport verification in 3 days

Joint Commissioner of Police Y Nagi Reddy issued instructions to all field officers to complete passport enquiries within a week. He stated that a plan has been chalked to complete passport enquiries within three days in the future. “People can get their passport verification enquiries clarified by calling 040 – 27854606. Complaints against the field officers who do not complete passport enquiries within seven days may be made by calling on 9490616338,” Reddy said.

Reddy advised the people not to bribe enquiry officers and instructed field officers of special branch of Hyderabad City Police who exhibit the best performance in making passport enquiries will be suitable rewarded.
