Skill meter to assess jobseekers

Wisdom Jobs has recently launched pragnyameter.com, a candidate assessment website to assist recruiters in efficient hiring. The website will allow recruiters to create and customise assessments for over 6,000 skill sets and send them to applicants at the same time via email.

It comprises a database of around five crore questions on IT and non-IT skills, online assessments including skill tests like language, aptitude, psychometric and programming. Recruiters are given the flexibility of choosing from predefined tests creating and uploading their own.

They can also conduct multiple skill assessments in a single test to gauge the candidate. Features like webcam recording, screen locking, IP blocking and restricting enable recruiters to ensure integrity of testing. Detailed results and reports compiled through Hadoop-based analyses are made available to users through a feature-rich dashboard.
