Drunken drivers paraded in public

The officials from Mahankali traffic police station deployed the drunken driving violators and made them display playcards with a message to follow traffic safety rules and not violate them.

Inspector of that traffic police station T Ramaswamy said, “Involving violators of drunken driving in such traffic awareness programmes will not only help us in seeking their services to the city police traffic department for few hours, but also be a good publicity material to reduce the traffic violations in the city.
