Sandeep Tula has assumed charge as Director (Personnel) of NMDC Limited with effect from August 3. Tula is a graduate from Kanpur University and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from Kolkata University.

He started his career in SAIL as Management Trainee in 1983 and rose to the level of General Manager (P&A) in 2013 and was Head of Personnel Department of Durgapur Steel Plant of SAIL.
Tula joined NMDC as General Manager (P&A) in 2013. Prior to this appointment, he was Executive Director (P&A).
He has about 33 years of experience in all facets of Personnel Management in varied work situations in different units of SAIL and NMDC Limited.
He has strong belief and faith in the human assets and has innate ability to connect with people which makes him a popular choice of the employees.
