TJAC Spoorthy Yatra in Khammam soon

Khammam: Telangana Joint Action Committee (T-JAC) Chairman Prof Kodandaram stated that commemorating Telangana martyrs, the T-JAC would take up Spoorthy Yatra in Khammam soon.

Speaking at a meeting held with the representatives of JAC, under the leadership of district convenor Dr Seelam Papa Rao, in Khammam on Wednesday, Kodandaram alleged that instead of fulfilling the poll promises, the TRS government was targeting JAC and was trying to foil the Spoorthy Yatra.

“By killing democracy and suppressing the voices of people and opposition who are questioning the TRS government for its lopsided policies, how the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is going to achieve Bangaru Telangana,” he questioned.

Stating that separate statehood for Telangana was achieved only after sacrifices of many, the T-JAC chief alleged that TRS government was deceiving people without fulfilling poll promises and was showing more interest in the implementation of Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha projects.

Accusing the government of foisting cases against those fighting for the rights of common people, Kodandaram said under any circumstances the T-JAC would take up Spoorthy Yatra in Khammam district very soon.
