‘Tom Hanks’ movies- one single universe

Official Comedy, a popular YouTube Channel for parodies, jeopardized quite a lot of things this time. And the catch here was Tom Hanks. As ‘Captain Phillips’ have hit the theatres globally, Official Comedy, took a chance to wonder, how did he land up on the ship after all? And evidently it all goes back to Forrest Gump, how? Well… (read it fast) Forrest joins the army, and saves Lieutenant Dan, joins NASA, flies Apollo 13, the spaceship explodes and lands on the ocean, left on an Island alone for four years until he gets a long beard and makes a raft to overcome high tides which eventually collapses after being hit is saved by few folks of a ship (ah… maybe) and as he shaves off his beard, he is the captain of the ship, Captain Phillips who loses his ship after the pirates take over. It was all the same universe.

And the supercut goes back again with Hanks graduating from school, then follows him as he pursues a career and unearths secrets of the Catholic church(that can happen). And somewhere in between all that, he makes a friend named Buzz and dates Meg Ryan. It seems plausible, but only 'cause it's Tom.
