While interacting with the audience Dinaz spoke about her passion for fitness and holistic well-being. Prominent MC Pallavi Walia Raj and Oncologist Dr Vijay Anand Reddy in the session shared about breast cancer awareness.

During the interaction, Dinaz threw light on topics including the difference between fasting and cleansing, working out actively via leading an active lifestyle along with facts on the best time to work out in the day.

Dinaz shared, “How much ever active you’re; you cannot burn the required calories if you don’t move your body. We should ideally workout one-and-a-half hour at the gym.” Dinaz stated that homemade fresh juice loses 45% of nutrients value whereas when Cold-pressed juices retain most of its nutrients.”
