About 2,000 students of Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences and Dr VRK Womens Medical College along with faculty and management of both institutes began the annual sporting event, Pulsation ’17 with a ‘Swachh’ initiative on Tuesday.

Peerancheruvu: About 2,000 students of Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences and Dr VRK Womens Medical College along with faculty and management of both institutes began the annual sporting event, Pulsation ’17 with a ‘Swachh’ initiative on Tuesday.

In this regard, doctors and students cleaned the area near the hospital.

Speaking on the occasion shared Secretary Shadan Educational Society Shadan Tehniyat said, “The ambience here is full of life as students and medical professionals are seen actively coordinating and indulging in activities. It gives me immense joy to be a part of this celebration.”

Dr Sarib Rasool Khan MD of the institute, said, “Activities, sports, social and cultural gatherings play a crucial role in a doctor’s life and contributes to his/her overall health and mental strength. This event gives a platform to the medicos to learn about certain factors and activities that invigorate them to become better people and responsible medical practitioners.”
